AI for Engineering Design: Apply machine learning techniques (e.g., neural networks, regression models, cVAE, GANs) to assist in the intelligent design and optimization of marine components. Digital Asset Intelligence: Build intelligent search, classification, and recommendation systems to organize and retrieve CAD files, design documents, and process data. Predictive Monitoring & QA/QC: Develop edge AI models that analyze sensor, image, or audio data to detect anomalies, predict failures, and monitor quality in real time. Data Preparation & Analysis: Clean, preprocess, and structure engineering data from IoT systems, quality inspections, and historical performance logs for AI use. Model Selection & Benchmarking: Evaluate and compare different AI/ML models based on predictive accuracy, interpretability, and deployment suitability. Model Development & Training: Use Python frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) to build, train, and refine models for specific engineering tasks. AI Agent Development: Design and build intelligent agents and chat-based systems using frameworks such as LangChain or OpenAI APIs to assist engineers with recommendations and automated workflows. Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous testing to validate model robustness, generalizability, and suitability for production deployment in engineering environments.
