-Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: From sourcing and attracting talent to onboarding and retaining candidates, you'll manage every step of the recruitment process. -Create Compelling Recruitment Materials: Craft engaging job postings and utilize top recruitment platforms to attract the best candidates. - Source Talent: Use databases, social media, and other tools to find and recruit exceptional candidates. Screen and Interview: Review resumes, conduct interviews using effective methods, and select candidates who fit our culture and needs. - Onboard New Hires: Ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into our team. - Apply Best Practices: Stay ahead of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruiting processes. - Provide Insights: Deliver detailed, analytical recruiting reports to management and help us maintain our status as the “best place to work.” - Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws and ensure our practices adhere to regulations. - Support HR Team: Assist with various tasks as needed by the Management/HR Manager.
- Minimum 2 years in HR and Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruiting experience. - Diploma or equivalent in HR or Business-related field preferred. - Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking candidates - Certification: CEI certification is a plus but not required.
