Role Profile The purpose of the role is to support the BOS Supervisor in overseeing a small team of BOS operators. This roles also provide guidance and is responsible to validate all processed parking infringements from CCTV footage before submitting to customers. Key Responsibilities: • Scan, note down and verify any parking infringements from the CCTV monitors • Coach new BOS operators onboard • Check processed cases performed by team members for accuracy and correct reporting • Close processed cases daily ensuring no lapses in meeting submission deadline • Transmit to all closed case to client’s platform. • Attend to enquiries regarding verification of traffic infringements and other related services • Report faulty cameras or breakdowns • Coordinate with Technical Support team on camera repairs and adjustments • Resolve all in scope enquiries and take appropriate escalation actions when required • Other duties as assigned
