This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure efficient operations and a positive dining experience for guests.

Job Requirements

- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the F&B industry, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations. - **Adaptability:** Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. - **Flexibility:** Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays, as required by the nature of the business. - **Mobility:** Must be able to travel and manage multiple outlets, ensuring operational consistency and meetingcompany standards across locations. - **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. - **Problem-Solving:** Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges, customer issues, and staff concerns efficiently. - **Customer Focus:** Dedication to providing excellent customer service and enhancing the guest experience. - **Financial Acumen:** Basic understanding of restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and managing profit margins.
