Trainer’s Profile:

Mr Yeow Hong

Having graduated with a degree in Computing and Information Systems, Yeow Hong has been in the training industry since 1997 and has trained for the Civil Service College and NTUC LearningHub, amongst others. As an ACTA and ICDL certified trainer and invigilator, he specialises in computer and IT skills training and has developed WSQ modules such as Basic and Workplace ICT, Microsoft Office Suite and Web Design. He is currently the lead trainer for the SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace (SFDW) programme at NTUC LearningHub, a 2-day programme focused on exposing learners to future digital technologies in the workplace.

Yeow Hong’s strength lies in his friendly and humorous disposition which enables him to build good rapport with participants. He believes that learning can be a memorable experience. He will make use of various activities during his training sessions to make participants enjoy themselves and retain as much information as possible during the learning process. He is also always ready to share his many experiences in life and work to enrich the participants’ learning.

This workshop is complimentary for all Singaporeans and NTUC Union members. Pre-registration is required. Walk-ins will NOT be admitted. You will need your personal laptop, mouse and laptop charger for the hands-on session.
