Trainer’s Profile:

Ms Cindy Ho

Cindy is a professional trainer who is bilingual in English and Mandarin. She was in the client servicing industry for over 7 years. Since 2011, she followed her passion and took a career switch into the training industry. She has since delivered various training programmes for different clients.

She is very friendly, humorous and is able to build good rapport with the participants. She believes that learning can be a memorable experience. She will make use of various activities during her training sessions to make participants enjoy themselves and retain as much information as possible during the learning process. She is also always ready to share her many experiences in life and work to enrich the participants’ learning.

Cindy continues to motivate and encourage her trainees to look at life’s challenges positively, even outside of curriculum time. She strongly believes in a famous quote by C.S.Lewis

“You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.” It is this very goal of hoping to make a difference in someone’s life, no matter how small it is; that keeps Cindy motivated to achieve greater heights in her training career.”
