Sail close to home, stay close to your loved ones. Pursue a maritime career onboard a harbour craft plying up to 30 nautical miles around Singapore through the CoC Special Limit Programme. Do you have what it takes? Join us at one of our Job Opportunity Briefing sessions below to find out more.

Since 2011, the CoC (Special Limits) Programme by Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), e2i (Employment and Employability Institute), Singapore Maritime Academy (SMA) and industry partners has created jobs for over 400 locals. The programme creates a career pathway for Singaporeans and PRs to work on board vessels plying within Special Limits (30 nautical miles off Singapore waters).

Interested jobseekers will start off as a Deck or Engine Cadet, go through a rigorous 15-26 months training, and graduate as a qualified Deck Officer or Marine Engineer.
