Jai Siam traces its origins back to the 1960s when Mr. Swang opened a small but popular restaurant in Bangkok. Known for his unique cooking style and passion for food, his restaurant gained a large following, attracting frequent visits from celebrities and earning media attention. After Mr. Swang retired in 1997, his daughter, Suchana, continued his legacy by opening the first Thai restaurant outside Thailand, "Jai Thai," in Singapore in 1999.
In 2010, Jai Thai expanded to include a halal-certified outlet, "Jai Siam," in response to the growing demand for halal cuisine in Singapore. Today, Jai Siam is a well-established brand recognized for its authentic halal Thai food, superior quality, and outstanding customer service.
