Since the start of the mandatory grading exercise in 2008 by the Police Licensing Regulatory Department (PLRD), Metropolis has achieved Grade “A” or Excellent grading for 13 out of the 14 years. We are also an ISO and OHSAS 18001:2008 certified and achieved BizSAFE Level Star from WSH council. Nonetheless we worked very hard to ensure our service is responsive and non-complacent.
