Perform a thorough cleaning of guestrooms, replacing all linen and towels in the room. Vacuuming and dusting, replacing supplies, and thorough bathroom cleaning. Notify the Housekeeping management of any maintenance or repair that needs to be done. Respond to guests' requests and be able to communicate with them. Maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times. Assist Housekeeping Manager Fulfill any other Adhoc duties as assigned.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Have positive attitude. Able to work as a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
