Educational Qualifications Degree in computer science, computer engineering or information technology Possess relevant IT certifications eg PMPITIL will be preferred Relevant experience Degree in computer science, computer engineering or information technology Good understanding of ITIL methodologies related to vendor such as incidents, problems and change management.
