•Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Assembly Technicians and Junior Engineers specializing in mechatronics integration. •Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members have the resources and skills required to meet project deadlines. •Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous learning and growth. •Work closely with project managers to define project scope, milestones, and timelines. •Ensure that all integration processes meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements. • Monitor and track project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule. •Lead the integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components into cohesive mechatronic systems. •Ensure that the design and integration work comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices. •Oversee system-level testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of integrated mechatronics systems. •Supervise complex troubleshooting efforts to resolve issues with mechatronic systems, both in development and during production. •Provide technical expertise to team members in diagnosing and solving challenging integration problems. •Ensure that effective root-cause analysis is conducted, and corrective actions are implemented. •Lead the preparation of technical documentation, including system specifications, integration procedures, and test reports. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance) to ensure smooth integration of mechatronic systems. •Provide technical leadership and support to non-engineering teams, ensuring they understand the capabilities and limitations of the systems being integrated. •Serve as the point of contact for technical discussions and decisions related to mechatronic integration. •Drive initiatives for continuous improvement of integration processes, tools, and technologies. •Identify areas for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements. •Participate in training programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge in mechatronics systems.
