•Responsible for sourcing parts for bidding. Source, evaluate, audit suppliers based on NTS supplier qualification process. •Develops sourcing strategy for each new RFQ and/or NPI to achieve best cost and lead time without sacrificing quality and also ensure supply chain flexibility. •Conduct supplier risk assessments and ensure mitigation plans are in place for critical components. •Oversee the issuance of First Article (FA) Purchase Orders and track supplier performance. •Works closely with Category manager to ensure sourcing strategy is aligned with Category Strategy Accountable for meeting project cost and LT target. •In-charge of NPI material management to ensure New Product meets On Time Delivery. •Timely completion of assigned RFQ for sourcing. •Maintains RFQ Master files to ensure traceability of supplier’s quotations.
Education • Degree or Diploma with equivalent experience in New Project material management • Minimum 5 years' experience in sourcing built to print parts like machining, sheet metal, PCBA, cable assembly in manufacturing set-up preferably Semicon. • Experience in project-based procurement, new product introduction (NPI), or production transfer projects is often preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
