Main Task: Cooking, grilling, frying • Adhere to company’s SOPs for the cooking of its Western or Asian Cuisine. • Perform mise-en-place, goods receiving and storage, where necessary. • Co-coordinate with the other Cooks, as well as the Service Crews, to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders. • Adhere to policies relating to food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety. • Ensures that the cleanliness of the kitchen meets the standards of the Quality Assurance Team. • Serve as a stand in for cook in other outlets during peak period and emergencies. • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
At least 6 months of working experience in the kitchen • Able to read and understand basic English. • Possess a positive attitude towards learning and teamwork. • Good understanding of Western or Asian cuisine, with a focus on food quality, hygiene, and waste minimisation.
