Maintain and implement a preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and plant facilities. Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support manufacturing processes. Address maintenance and repair requests from various departments. Log and track maintenance work orders, TPM downtime, compressor operation hours, hot work permits, and equipment checklists. Oversee daily start-up of production and facilities machinery. Ensure upkeep of facility services, including air conditioning, sprinkler systems, plumbing, power, and lighting. Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Conduct weekly Single Point Training sessions for production operators.
Trade certificate, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Relevant experience in machinery and equipment repair and maintenance.
