Cook, present, and garnish food items in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Prepare food, sauces, and ingredients using various kitchen equipment, including deep fryers. Execute daily kitchen tasks and activities to support smooth operations. Assist in maintaining inventory levels, restocking supplies, and participating in stock taking. Maintain cleanliness and ensure sufficient supplies of condiments and consumables at the stall front. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work area in compliance with food safety standards. Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for managing food waste. Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Head Chef (if applicable).
No experience welcomed. Basic culinary knowledge and familiarity with kitchen equipment is a plus. Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and food safety guidelines. Good teamwork and time management skills. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
