Job Detail

Setting up of Assembly line, machines and equipments Carry out and record 1st off inspection when production starts Identify and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery issues Periodically check and record the machine or equipments parameter Machine maintenance and inventory control Document production activities such as machine downtime, equipemtn maintenance and calibration records Conduct line clearance and setup verifications to validate conformity to quality testing requirements and standards Assist the department to ensure good quality parts are being produced and minimize the rejects
