1. Operate machine according to standard operating procedures to achieve desired productivity and good product quality. 2. Assist technician on daily machine start-up and perform machine daily inspection as per checklist. 3. Able to perform basic troubleshooting such as removal of jam parts in the machine and reseting faults. 4. Monitor, check, record machine parameters and report machine performance data (eg, rejects, total produced or any other abnormality). 5. Replenish and top up materials during production. 6. Cleaning and purging of application systems and material handling, labeling, segregation and rework. 7. Responsible for complying with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Primary/ Sec 2 or equivalent • Primary education with experience • Language proficiency: English • Experience in operating automation equipment • Experience working in clean room preferred
