Job Detail

1. Staging materials for production line usage, material loading for assembly machines, packing of sub-assembly to the storage area. 2. Perform Line Clearance prior to change of production batch or code. 3. Perform as operator when required. 4. Equipment cleaning includes replacing or removing materials during code changes and cleaning conveyor belts, air nozzles, filters, and other product contact surface. 5. Complete and update daily production material log - material recording of components numbers, batch numbers, discard and scrap. 6. Responsible for complying with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements. 7. Maintain good inventory control by ensuring all inventory transactions are transacted accurately and update material log at timely manner. 8. Applying First-In, First-Out (FIFO) concept for material usage. 9. Perform regular inventory count, such as monthly cycle count, annual physical count.
