1. Lead and guide operators at work to ensure compliance with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements. 2. Conduct and verify line clearance upon production start up. 3. To ensure the production operation are in comformance to the latest BOM and specification. 4. Perform periodic quality testing and recording of test results, component scraps and log chart. 5. Verify loading pattern as per correct MPG (Solution operations only). 6. Carry out product disposition in conformance to specification and requirement. 7. Ensure proper handover and communication from shift to shift. 8. Able to accept overtime assignment. 9. Able to accept flexible deployment in different production line.
• Sec 4/ O/ N /SPM/ NITEC (NTC/ ITC) or equivalent • Language proficiency: English • Verbal and written communication skills • Simple mathematical calculation • Experience in clean room manufacturing environment • Experience in quality assurance preferred and in using simple measuring tools eg ruler, calipers • Basic computer skill
