Support new product development programs from concept to production per established schedules Review and approve MPN, AML and BOM. Responsible for the overall technical aspect of product. Review and approve ECR for ECO implementation in production. Coordinate manufacturing processes and factory activities in pilot runs with NPI team. Provides support to manufacturing to ensure product is fabricated and assembled based on the intended functionality of the design. Oversees the implementation of customer documentation changes and internal change orders. Partner with support groups providing cross training for continuous product knowledge transfer. Participates actively in new customer development and new business development. Review product level FMEAs as required. Review and manage DF and works with Test Engineering on DFT. Develops in-depth knowledge of customer’s products as required to support product’s transitional activity. Analyze the customer change request to determine the impact of the changes to the BOM. Manage and review ECR/ECO/DCO and route it for approval through Agile System. Liaise the customer change request by presenting the BOM/Document changes to the cross-functional team. Assist cross-functional team for documentation packages for completeness prior to release the ECR/ECO/DCO. Analyze, review and track the number of change request submission and notify the customer and cross-functional team through weekly change summary chart and weekly trend
