NPI Engineer

Job Detail

To develop new processes & new methods to improve the plant’s capability in producing high-end PCBs To evaluate & qualify new materials to meet customers’ requirements on electrical performance & thermal reliability of PCB To monitor & improve the yield of NPI parts by working with Front End Engineering (FEE), Process Engineering, Manufacturing & Quality department To improve yield & lower the cost of NPI parts by working with customers & suppliers at the design stage To ensure the timely delivery of NPI parts by working with Production Control (PC) & Manufacturing on scheduling To lead failure analysis & ensure good closure of customer feedback on NPI quality issues To conduct & update the FMEA & Control Plan of NPI parts To ensure a smooth transfer of NPI parts to production
