Job Detail

Co-ordinate and document all Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities, ensuring highest quality. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors. Support the setup of new machinery and the decommissioning of old equipment. Contribute to continuous improvement projects on enhance efficiency and productivity. Project oversight to ensure the projects stay on track, meet objectives, and are completed successfully Evaluate, select and order cost-effective equipment for manufacturing needs. Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of facility equipment. Maintain current records on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues. Develop programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. Support certification processes and customer audits. Submit cooling tower AGS report to NEA.
