Communicate and align with customer and factory on the program delivery schedule. Ensure closure for quality-related issue with factory and customer. Review Engineering Change Order (ECO) changes and update the associate BOM to the latest revision. Lead the program team to address order material shortages so that Production build can be on schedule. Arrange shipment for Open Orders to meet customer needs.
