Story Development & Scripting Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to conceptualize and script impactful stories that align with our brand identity, values, and strategic objectives. Learning Content Creation Partner with the Learning & Development team to design and produce clear, engaging, and effective training videos and instructional content. Stakeholder Collaboration Work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to gather insights, synthesize information, and ensure alignment with content goals. End-to-End Video Production Lead the full video production process from ideation and storyboarding to directing shoots, managing locations, and capturing high-quality footage with attention to lighting, sound, and visuals. Post-Production Excellence Edit video and audio content, add motion graphics or visual effects, and ensure final outputs meet brand and quality standards. Vendor & Project Management Manage production timelines, coordinate with external vendors or freelancers, and oversee contracts and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Degree in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, Education, or a related field. At least 5 years of proven experience in video production, storytelling, and content creation. Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual identity. Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects). Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Detail-oriented with a strong creative eye and a passion for visual storytelling. Adaptable and responsive to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
