• Manage and support infrastructure architecture, resource planning, system performance and overall infrastructure operating environment for cloud computing platforms • Demonstrate comprehensive technical expertise in Infrastructure Services, including Infrastructure Management, Cloud Computing and DevOps Engineering principles • Maintain understanding of systems operations environment and governance processes to ensure smooth and continuous infrastructure operations • Manage cloud computing infrastructure to support application systems through close collaboration with Application Services teams • Lead infrastructure project delivery, ensuring effective coordination between internal teams and external vendors while maintaining project timelines, budgets and quality standards • Manage vendors and assess their performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining working relationships
