We are looking for detail-oriented Support Staff to help with the day-to-day operations, client onboarding, and internal coordination for our Health AI – e-TBM product line. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth backend support for pilot programs, training sessions, and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in scheduling and coordinating training and onboarding sessions with clients. Help manage documentation, feedback logs, and support requests from users. Coordinate logistics for demo setups and pilot deployments. Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to the engineering team. Ensure digital forms, reports, and data are properly archived and managed. Assist in maintaining internal trackers, project timelines, and status reports. Support Sales & Engineering team
Diploma or equivalent in any discipline. Good coordination and communication skills. Basic familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or mobile apps. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Proactive and customer-friendly mindset.
