Job Detail

• Preparation of the sub assembly. • Main assembly of the products assigned. • Testing of the sub assembly and assembled units. • Support the technicians, operators, engineers for the trouble shooting. • Ensure the units assembled are in good conditions, following GMP and GDP. • Monitor’s tools/jigs performance and performs routine care and maintenance as required. • Torque driver and gap tools checking and recording. • Ensure that the working area is maintaining a good 5S and always considering and practicing safety pro-cedures on the line. • Provide Support to the Engineer for the analysis, ECO and process improvement. • Works in partnership with Engineers or technician to resolve equipment or tester problems. • Provide support to other production when the situation calls for, support in the packing in the case of ur-gent requirement for shipment or in the absence of packers. • Ensure that the production schedule is meet accordingly. • Assist in cross-training team members and co-workers as assigned • Ensure that the line is audit-ready all the time. • Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures. • Support the counting of materials during inventory.
