i.Safe Technology, a pioneer in workplace safety and health AI innovation, is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Executive to lead sales efforts in construction, petrochemical, and shipping sectors, with a focus on Japanese and Korean companies operating in Southeast Asia. This role bridges the gap between advanced safety technology and business needs, promoting digital solutions such as e-PTW, e-TBM, Health AI, and Smart Risk Assessments to forward-looking enterprises. Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities in construction, petrochemical, and shipping sectors. Build strong relationships with Japanese and Korean corporate clients, EPC contractors, and safety managers. Deliver compelling technical product presentations and demonstrations (e.g., e-PTW, Health AI, rPPG-based deception detection). Work with internal product, R&D, and project teams to tailor solutions to customer-specific requirements. Respond to RFPs/RFIs and support contract negotiations. Participate in trade shows, partner events, and B2B matching programs (e.g., NTUC, BCA, EnterpriseSG). Maintain a pipeline and provide regular forecasting to the sales leadership. Stay current on workplace safety regulations and digitalization trends in target industries and markets. Note: In addition to the base salary, attractive commission and performance-based incentives will be offered to successful candidates. High earners with strong B2B networks may achieve above-market income levels.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, Occupational Safety, or related discipline. 2–5 years of technical sales or business development experience in B2B sectors. Experience selling to or working with Japanese/Korean clients (language skills or cultural fluency is a plus). Strong knowledge or interest in Workplace Safety, AI Solutions, SaaS, or Industrial Digitalization. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to translate technical features into customer value. Willingness to travel and engage clients on-site (project offices, shipyards, plants). Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and resilient in navigating complex enterprise sales. Preferred Qualifications: Japanese or Korean language proficiency (spoken/written) is a strong advantage. Familiarity with BuildSG, CDE, WSH Act, or similar frameworks in Singapore and the region. Prior experience in construction tech, HSE platforms, or IIoT environments.
