Job Requirements

Purpose of the position: Provide support to all warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packaging materials for packaging for outbound shipment. The incumbent is requires to conduct daily housekeeping at warehouse. Other includes the maintenance of all equipment, inventory accuracy and practice good hygiene in the warehouse. Main responsibilities: Strict compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements relating to safety and health, accident prevention and industrial hygiene. Responsible for the exercising of maximum care, good judgments and behaviour in preventing HSE incidents. To ensure the health and safety of Self, Customers and Colleagues is not at risk. To wear proper PPE at all-time according to HSE requirement. Operate materials handling equipment such as forklift, Reach Truck or VNA to load and unload cargoes. Receive, clean and unpack all received products into the warehouse and put away into respective storage locations after item code / quantity / storage temperature verification. Complete the Put Away form, indicating the locations of the inventories placed for proper storage conditions and to input into the SAP system. Co-ordinate and perform restocking of materials by picking out inventories from the VNA racks using the restock form generated by the shipping section to ensure timely supply of outbound shipment. Perform filling and documentation. Perform cycle count in daily basis. Perform packaging for outbound shipment with following necessary instruction and regulations. Verify customers’ returns goods against the receiving documents and deliver it to the designated stations accordingly for re-working. Perform all daily maintenance first parade task check for all equipment prior use. Ensure warehouse area is kept appropriately clean and tidy. To execute all duties faithfully and responsibly in accordance to written procedures and to immediately report all observations of cGMP / GDP non-conformances. Take on any other duties as assigned by superior.
