Production Technician

Job Detail

Role: Set up, operate and maintain production equipment and machinery Reporting to Shift Leaders / Senior Foreman / Foreman / Superintendent To perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues to minimize the disruption to production To rectify and resolve any quality issues in products to meet required product specifications Ensure Production are met according to production schedule planned Set up machinery / equipment for operation according to production schedule Make adjustments to machinery / equipment when necessary to ensure products quality are met within spec’s requirements Maintain safe, orderly and clean work environment in the workplace Perform and provide guidance to all trainee’s and operators on product conversion, equipment set up, equipment adjustments and part of maintenance tasks to meet all standard for safety, quality, and efficiency. Perform routine Preventive Maintenance as per scheduled and ensure related required documentation were sufficiently detailed, correct and updated on time. Assist in monitor production wastage and take prompt action when necessary. Maintain an effective communication between shifts. Assist superior in spare part inventory management. Provide and assist the technical improvement project support when necessary. Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
