Role: To Support machining spare parts for tooling, machineries, Jigs and fixtures Tool servicing and maintenance. Job Description: General Tool and die servicing. Tooling repair and maintenance. Preventive maintenance for Tooling. Machining: Spare part fabrication. Perform conventional machining operations such as milling, grinding, lathe and cylindrical grinding. Perform CNC Turning and Milling machine operations and programming. Inspection of the parts by using normal measuring instruments Interact with team members and other departments in problem solving. Any other duties assigned by supervisor or management as and when required. Safety: Using protective equipment during machining. Ensure safe working practice. Follow the safety rules and regulations.
Nitec / Higher Nitec , Diploma or Technical certificate in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing or related fields. At least 2 years’ experience in Tool and Die making and servicing. Minimum 2 years’ experience in conventional / CNC machine operations. Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometres, callipers, bore gauge and other instruments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new tasks. Able to work 6:45am to 4:30pm
