Providing administration support to the Technical Officers/Engineers/Manager. Submission of breakdown/routine quotations for Daily Fault Report and walkthrough breakdown claims at site. Monitoring and following up of site purchase orders, Delivery Orders and E-Invoices for Breakdown, PM & A&A work to be bill. Monitoring and updating of e-attendance , time off /overtime records for all staff on site. To provide administrative support and proper documentations necessary for site operations. File documentation, maintain and update database. Data entry, basic Admin duties and Office maintenance.
Minimum GCE "N" / "O" Level or equivilaent and above. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Good communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office application.
