Associate Engineer (Infrastructure Planner)

Plan infrastructure for new developments, including attending site meetings with developers and M&E consultants, inspecting telecom facilities, and ensuring Singtel services are available to tenants before the TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) date. Engage developers to gather information such as TOP dates and unit counts, and coordinate site meetings with consultants and main contractors for inspection and handover of telecom infrastructure in compliance with IMDA’s COPIF requirements. Plan pipeline connections to the builder’s lead-in pipe and fibre routing to the new development's MDF rooms. Plan and coordinate pre-laying of fibre to building risers and individual units, including non-residential developments. Review and provide feedback on COPIF plan submissions to TFCC. Coordinate end-to-end activities from pipeline connection to equipment commissioning. Resolve on-site issues related to piping and cabling—working closely with provisioning teams and contractors to address pipe blockages, congestion, and access limitations. Provide regular updates to supervisors on work progress and any planning-related challenges. Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure timely and efficient implementation of fibre projects that meet customer requirements. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager-in-charge.
