Handle applications and approvals for LTA road works, PowerGrid, and manhole access via relevant systems (e.g., NLT MARS, SAP, CTTS). Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., contractors, building management, government agencies) for smooth project execution. Review and process contractor claims, manage material issuance, and provide regular progress and network performance updates. Lead fibre-related work such as splicing, termination, patching, and testing, ensuring handover milestones are met and service quality maintained. Stay on standby for fault response and troubleshooting involving fibre diversion works.
Diploma in Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fiber optics installation and maintenance. Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance. Proficient in project management and documentation. Experience in managing contractors and project timelines. Technical expertise in fiber splicing, termination, and testing. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to various work environments and customer requirements. Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure. Independent and capable of decision making and problem solving. Valid Class 3 driving license. Able to work during non-office hours to support network incidents and restoration.
