1. Strong interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale Systems, and digital technologies 3. Experience in handling various payment modes 4. At least 2 years of front line/ customer service experience, preferably in hospitality 5. Skilled in service delivery, problem resolution, and service recovery 6. Good telephone etiquette and communication skills 7. Flexible in customer interactions in a front-facing role 8. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
