Job Detail

1. Promptly respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone in a friendly and professional manner 2. Follow up on viewing appointments to convert leads into paying customers 3. Address customer service concerns swiftly and effectively 4. Present product features and benefits using a customer-centric sales approach 5. Drive sales by converting enquiries into successful sign-ups 6. Upsell additional services such as BoxShop items, e-Move, and Biz-Plus 7. Collaborate with the onsite team to achieve overall sales and revenue targets

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least an "O" level certificate 2. Communicate well with good teamwork and interpersonal skills 3. Honest with the ability to work quickly and accurately 4. Proficient in computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Emailing, Apps, Communication tools 5. Customer-oriented, demonstrates the appropriate level of skills to promote company products 6. Some working experience in sales & customer service is required for this position
