Job Description: To work within a mental health call centre environment, the candidate will attend to calls/ webchats and triage, assess and provide information and advice to callers. Job Responsibilities: Handle enquiries via phone and webchat Offer mental health information and resources based on callers’ needs Triage and identify callers at risk and/ or refer callers to relevant resources Provide brief intervention as required Handle distress calls
Degree in Psychology/ Social Work/ Occupational Therapy/ Counselling or Advanced Diploma in Mental Health Nursing Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience Entry Level Candidates with positive learning attitude may also apply Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team player with a passion for patient-care and community support Able to work on 24/7 rotating shifts (including weekends and PH)
