The programme involves a fully-sponsored training programme with an allowance over the one-year training period. Upon completion of the training, the qualified aircraft engine technician will serve a two-year or four-year bond. Career progression opportunity is open to promising technicians. The programme encompasses initial company familiarisation, classroom training and on-the-job training. The initial familiarisation provides an insight to the working environment prior to attending classroom training. The three-month classroom training, consisting of theory and practical sessions, will be conducted and assessed by an external training academy. The nine-month on-the-job training provides the opportunity to learn and work on the renowned Engines.
