Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans aligned with company objectives to achieve and exceed sales targets for various interior design materials including but not limited to vinyl flooring, decking and wall panel. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential threats. Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenues and prepare detailed sales reports for senior management, providing insightful analysis and recommendations. Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and customer centricity within the sales department, promoting best practices and innovative sales approaches. Set clear sales quotas and monitor team performance, implementing corrective actions and providing targeted training interventions as needed. Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery from initial contact to project completion. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
