Civil QC Inspector

Job Detail

Engage in review and execution of QC procedures as per the project Quality Assurance Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Develop or review QC report templates and checklists in alignment with ITPs. Prepare quality training materials according to specifications and conduct training Perform regular site monitoring and inspections of civil works as per ITPs, ensuring compliance Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely submissions and sign-off of QC reports and checklists. Participate in internal quality audits, to resolve non-conformities ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 QMS and Singapore regulations; Support external audits on subcontractors to ensure compliance and take corrective actions Issue and track closure of Site Observation Reports (SORs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Monitor project KPIs, coordinate with stakeholders to address deviations, and support preparation of mechanical completion documents and Turn-over Package (TOP) at project closeout.
