Support preparation of as-built documentation and turnover packages. Assist in supervising mechanical construction activities on-site including piping, static and rotating equipment, HVAC, and auxiliary systems. Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and specifications to support installation and construction planning. Monitor contractor work progress, quality, and safety compliance; escalate issues to senior engineers as needed. Conduct field inspections, punch list verifications, and support mechanical completion and commissioning efforts. Coordinate with procurement and logistics to track equipment delivery and verify installation readiness. Prepare daily and weekly reports, including work progress, material status, and safety observations. Interface with QA/QC teams, subcontractors, and commissioning teams during system handover. Ensure all activities comply with HSE standards and project requirements.
Familiar with Singapore local technical standards, acceptance process. Those with less than 1 year working experience can be considered if fit the criteria. 1 year to 2 years Mechanical working experience, in Singapore. The job is very physically demanding requiring walk upstairs numerous times, person with good fitness level is preferred. Strong safety awareness, good at communication. Have qualified and valid skill certificate is preferred, preferably working as a Mechanical engineer on the construction site. Able to read Mechanical Installation drawings and guide site construction work drawings. Have a strong sense of responsibility, can take the initiative to work, reasonable planning, comprehensive consideration of work tasks. Able to start work on short notice will be an advantage.
