Assistant Manager - Maintenance Operations

Job Detail

Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure optimal operations performance and minimize downtime. Manage and control the maintenance budget, including forecasting costs, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Maintain, monitor and order supplies including purchases, inventory, housekeeping, fleets of vehicles, etc. Ability to lead, motivate, supervise and motivate the maintenance team, providing guidance & support, training, and performance feedback. Oversee the maintenance of facilities, equipment, vehicles and systems, ensuring their proper functioning and longevity. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and costs, and prepare reports as required. Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify, diagnose, and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures, promoting a safe work environment. Handle customers complaints effectively and provide excellent quality service to customers. Perform other duties as directed.
