We are looking for a candidate for a regional role in Operational Risk Management Team – Data Loss Prevention (DLP) who will mainly act as a project coordinator and to support the regional rollout of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) system capabilities, specifically across web and email channels in APAC region. This is a 1-year contract role to support both pre-implementation and post-implementation of the system, working alongside the DLP team, under the guidance of the Direct Manager to assist the DLP Project Team. During pre-implementation, the candidate will support the DLP Project Manager and the project team on coordination with various stakeholders on planning and logistic matters such as meeting arrangements, distribution and collation of survey documents, responding to queries from stakeholders. Post implementation, the candidate is expected to enhance knowledge of the new system, including the fundamental operations and workflows of system to support queries from business users in a timely manner. Coordination with stakeholders relevant to DLP Project Implementation Coordinate planning and logistics with APAC stakeholders, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes. Distribute project-related materials and surveys, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate submissions. Review stakeholder inputs for completeness and escalate any gaps or inconsistencies to the DLP Project team. Respond to queries from stakeholders pertaining to DLP Project Implementation Develop a working understanding of DLP system functionalities (web and email) to support rollout communications. Act as a point of contact for business units and support functions regarding rollout-related queries and provide timely support. Facilitate effective communication between the DLP Project team and regional offices to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution. Others : Assist the DLP Project team and Manager with day-to-day coordination tasks and internal reporting. Support ad-hoc activities related to the DLP project, including documentation, presentations, and stakeholder updates. Proactively enhance understanding of the DLP rollout scope and stakeholder landscape through continuous learning.
1 to 2 years understanding and operation of Information Security relevant system. Experience in Financial service would be preferred. Prior exposure to DLP system or similar data protection platforms is an advantage. Experience supporting regional rollouts or cross-functional projects is an advantage. Experience in interpersonal and analytical skills attributes Good written and visual presentation skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good and thorough communication Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and takes initiatives to collaborate and challenge status quo, and adaptable to embrace new changes Self-motivated and able to work with minimum instructions and source for information, systematically evaluate options and recommend solutions Degree in Business, IT Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent Relevant experience in IT Security, DLP relevant system and project management within the Banking and Finance industry would be an advantage Work location: East Duration: 12 months contract (might be extended)
