Job Requirements

A degree in Mechanical, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field is typically required. Experience of at least 2 years in leading sustainability activities and reporting is required. Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders. Prior experience in semiconductor tool installation or hook-up projects is often preferred. Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and budgets effectively. Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the hook-up and project process. Able to communicate fluently in English. Able to work overtime where required. Able to work under pressure and multi-task. Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Open mindset toward sustainability and improvement direction. Proactive approach to ensure potential system failure risks are identified, escalated, with planned mitigation and contingency. Building Construction Supervisor Safety.
