As an Entry-Level Power Apps Developer, you will play a key role in bridging technical development with business process improvement (functional skills). In this role, you will be responsible for building custom apps and automations using Power Apps. You are expected to work and deliver autonomously, engaging with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions. Build and customize Canvas and Model-Driven apps using Microsoft Power Apps.Develop Power Automate flows to automate tasks across systems. Connect to various data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, Excel, and APIs.Write and troubleshoot Power Fx formulas for app logic and validation. Perform app testing, debugging and performance tuning.In addition to the above, the candidate is also expected to carry out business engagement and develop an understanding of business processes as follows: Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders. Document functional specifications and translate them into technical tasks. Provide user training, support and basic documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance, etc) to enhance business processes using the Power Platform.Participate in workshops, demonstrations and feedback sessions.
