Job Objectives: Your main mission will be to guarantee the conformity of a product / service to the quality requirements, and support the on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty. You will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects / initiatives by setting the measurement standards and identifying / facilitating improvements to increase: Process performance and product adherence to standards Reliability of processes Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product. Drive local and global Process activities Lead and facilitate problem solving of your area Lead Quality Feedback Loops with our customers (internal and external) Analyze and lead eradication of Non Quality (DRs, Customer Claims) through Quality and AOS standards Drive efficiency through digitalization transformation of our standards Part of a Global team responsible for the Quality Processes, Performance and Transformation of the Airbus / Satair Material Management Services (definition and maintenance of processes, process adherence, process improvement, performance management, digitalization), driving local footprint In a close collaboration with the local operational teams (Quality, Warehouse, Customer Resolution) and being ASOQX focal point within the different MFTs
Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering (or having equivalent professional experience) degree or a related discipline Aviation Quality requirements and standards Problem solving methodology / 9S and statistics analysis Lean principles / Airbus Operating System Previous experience in an industrial area (ideally, Quality inspection, Warehouse management) Knowledge of Airbus NoE, QSR, CAPRI processes and objects would be a plus Digital skills: Skywise, Google Suite (G-Form, G-Sheets, APP Sheet), SAP. IT / Coding kills would be a plus Autonomous and proactive; while having a strong team mindset and working in a collaborative approach; in order to build trust and drive excellence Strong networking and stakeholder management skills Strong interpersonal skills in communication
