Provide training support for SIA Group companies. Ensure that training is delivered timely to support SIA and Scoot new aircraft Entry into Service training and new overseas stations. Maintain good relationships with Third Party customers to secure training revenue for Training Academy. Provide training support to Third Party for their training needs. Conduct annual market analysis and benchmarking to ensure that training rates are competitive. Provide pre-course administrative support for customers attending courses. Provide after-sale services to customers. Arrange resits with Examination section for customers who failed their examinations.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related qualification. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP and possess strong problem-solving skills. Good team player with a positive learning attitude. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas with conviction and persuasively. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders. Good people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members to achieve personal growth and operational excellence as a cohesive team.
