Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff in the contact centre. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training interventions. Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in contact centre operations. Collaborate with team leaders and managers to align training with business objectives and performance goals. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions. Mentor and coach contact centre staff to enhance their skills and performance. Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on training activities and outcomes.

Strong knowledge of contact centre operations, customer service principles, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners. Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles. Experience with e-learning platforms and content development tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and contact centre technologies. Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Professional training certifications (e.g., ACTA, ACLP) are a plus.
