Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze faults in DCS, PLC, power, and instrumentation systems. Supervise E&I maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards and procedures. Read and interpret electrical and instrumentation schematics and specifications. Collaborate with contractors and in-house E&I teams to provide technical support. Assess and optimize preventive/predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures. Perform root cause analysis for E&I equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions. Conduct ISO risk assessments and EAIA for E&I maintenance works. Prepare E&I performance reports and evaluate technical proposals and procurement needs. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation or related engineering fields. Hands-on experience in maintaining DCS, PLC, power, or instrumentation systems, with expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Proficiency in reading electrical and instrumentation schematics, and understanding system design and operation principles. We are looking for candidates proficient in Mandarin, as the role requires communication with our Chinese counterparts overseas and handling documents, contracts, and regulations that are available only in Mandarin. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving equipment issues independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
